The fix: Wind the awning in by hand about a quarter of the way, then hit the switch - it should respond normally after that.

Bumped the awning switch while set up with the Anti Flap Kit attached and it stopped responding to the switch completely - wouldn’t open or close.
Winding it in manually about a quarter of the way and hitting the switch brought it back to life straight away.
Applies to all Austrack models with the Hallinge electric cassette awning.
Prevention
There’s a flip-up cover available for the awning switches to prevent accidental bumps. Highly recommend picking one up before your next trip - I had mine sitting at the post office the morning we left, which was annoying to say the least.
